We are searching for an operations manager to lead our talented team of 10+ individuals and provide exceptional service to all of our Friends.

The store manager is responsible for over 5,000 square feet of retail with huge growth potential.
Manager Basics:
-Revenue & profit generation
-Team leadership
-Exceptional customer service
-Team management, including scheduling, policies, processes, hiring, coaching, education, rewards & discipline
-Product management including inventory, POS, pricing & selection
-Strategic development of product & services
Minimum Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of management experience
-Minimum 3 years of experience in the liquor industry
-Product knowledge & passion for wine, spirits and beer
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Experienced with Point-of-Sale software, inventory control and employee training
-Superior communication skills
