This role will focus on uncovering and exploiting innovation opportunities across Treasury Wine Estates’ Americas business, while maintaining a global outlook. You will utilize category and consumer insights to enable the development of innovative brand and product projects that will lead to further growth and work with key stakeholders (both internally and externally) throughout the process. Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in an Marketing/Insights/Research/Innovation function within the adult beverage or CPG industries
• Ability to influence at the senior management level
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
