The Four Graces Winery - Foley Family Wines

The Four Graces Winery seeks enthusiastic and motivated person for internship. Successful applicant will assist the winemaker, three full-time staff and fellow interns with all aspects of 2017 harvest season winery work.
Harvest cellar interns will assist the production team in the following areas:
• Winery sanitation
• Grape receiving, crushing and pressing
• Fermentation management
• Juice racking
• Additions
• Barrel filling
• Vineyard sampling
Requirements:
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to accurately follow and complete work instructions
• Willingness to work long hours including weekends as needed
• Ability to climb stairs, stand and walk for long hours
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Willingness to work both inside and outside in varying, often cold or wet, weather conditions
• Previous cellar and forklift experience is a plus but not required
• Candidates must be reliable, enthusiastic, and able to pass both a physical and a drug test
