Unity Selections, a boutique wine distributor in Denver is seeking a full
time Order entry/Administrative assistant to join our team. We specialize in
small production wineries that are intensely attuned to their environment.
With a committed sales team, we need a hard-working individual who is
enthusiastic about getting into the administrative side of this business while
supporting the sales staff working in the field.
This is a position that requires a person who enjoys wearing many hats. The
perfect candidate will have strong problem solving skills, be very detail
oriented, and able to pleasantly and professionally deal with many different
personalities. The ability to prioritize is essential, as this is a fast
paced environment. In addition to standard admin duties, such as answering
phones and filing, this position involves sales support, customer
service, and some accounting. Experience in Excel and Quickbooks is a must!
Requirements

Prior administrative experience
Professional experience with bookkeeping and data entry
Excellent computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily in Excel and Quickbooks
Management experience a plus
Professional and polished written and verbal communication skills
Must be highly motivated, mature, and driven to excel

An Active interest in learning about the wine industry/wine knowledge is
desirable.
