Wine / spirits sales representative

Denver downtown, Cherry Creek, southern Denver/Englewood

Desirable qualities of a candidate:

•  strong selling skills … what have you accomplished?

•  more than 1  years’ experience in wine wholesale distribution.

•  oral /written communication skills

•  positive attitude

• someone who likes different kinds of people …

•  wine certification is a plus,  good wine knowledge mandatory

•  self-management skills, specifically: time management and territory call planning

•  on-and-off premise account relationship-building

•  strong focus on new customers

•  some retail accounts may be included.

•  lives in/near territory

•  our portfolio strong with imports

•  do you have any references?

•  attend  bi-weekly sales meetings

 • territory:  denver downtown, cherry creek, southern denver englewood/lone tree

•  reliable transportation, Colorado driver’s license

•  has lived in Colorado for more than 1 year

• we are a small family company

•  COMPENSATION:  $600/week  base to start,  12% commission on top of that for the 1^st 3 months

•  base salary will be reduced over next year, as more accounts are added,,  12% commission remains the same

•  the $600/week base will be adjusted if part time work is desired.

•  can mix account base with liquor stores as they are available

•  benefits for full-time include medical, dental, prescription drug
