We are a vineyard/winery on the North Fork of Long Island. We produce wine sold via our retail tasting rooms and wholesale trade accounts throughout Long Island and New York City, as well as import and export wines from other countries. We are looking to expand our sales team and, currently, have an opening for a wine sales representative.

Responsibilities:  

• Develop new business and build a loyal customer base. Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

• Conduct wine tastings for consumers/trade.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Enjoy meeting and interacting with clients

• Comfortable calling existing and prospective clients to set wine tastings

• Must be outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, the internet, and possess excellent communication and computer skills.

• Wine knowledge is essential.

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to build productive partnerships
Position Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record

• Reliable transportation

• No criminal record

• Reside within Suffolk County
Physical Requirements:

• Servicing accounts, requiring driving and getting in and out of the vehicle.

• Must be able to walk, bend, reach, and lift 50 pounds or more.
