We are seeking a high energy, motivated  Marketing Intern in our Coxsackie, NY location.

Marketing Intern Projects

20 hours a week – June, July, & August

1.  Facebook, e-blast, social media monitoring of accounts       
   1. Record and monitor daily what top X accounts are advertising on Facebook & eblasts
   2. Record information
   3. Is EMN receiving fair share of blasts?
   4. Analyze and gain insight on what competitors are pushing?

1. Marketing Library - Clean Up and Catalog
   1. Clean up marketing library – delete old vintages & products we no longer carry
   2. Organize files within folders
   3. Create an excel document listing all items in the folders
   4. Upload and search for new items to be placed in library. (Top suppliers and items)
   5. Move all items to Mobility only if up and running correctly

1. Provide support with social media posts and eblast

1. Deep dive into tastings
   1. Analysis: Tastings, stores, amount sold?
   2. Any correlation between amount of tastings and sales?

Education, Certifications and /or licenses:

High school diploma

Actively pursuing a degree in Business / Marketing a plus

Knowledge/Skills:

Excellent data entry skills.  Proficient PC skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.  Result oriented and professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills.  Ability to multi-task, to pay attention to detail and to meet deadlines.
