J. Rickards Winery, located in Northern Alexander Valley, is in search of a full time cellar master starting immediately. We produce 8,000 cases annually for ourselves and 8,000 cases custom crush. This position requires a minimum of 5 years cellar/winemaking experience with an emphasis on small lot fermentation. Applicant must be proficient with crusher & press operations, pad filtration, racking, forklift driving, general cellar maintenance/sanitization, and all barrel operations. Applicants must be able to lift 55lbs, have a good attitude, be self motivated and have a valid drivers license. Spanish speaking a plus. Competitive wage DOE, plus Medical, dental, 401k, 3 weeks PTO and 9 paid holidays.
