Paradise Springs Harvest Internship offers hands on experience in all aspects of wine making at one of Virginia’s largest and successful wineries. 

Paradise Springs is seeking hard working and dedicated harvest interns for 2014.  Our interns have the opportunity to work hands on as a member of an award winning wine team.   Involvement includes all aspects of crush and working with Chardonnay, Viognier, Bordeaux Varietals, Hybrids, Norton and Petit Manseng.    

As a part of our wine making team, our interns are trained in crushpad operation, grape receival, sanitation, inoculations, fermentation monitoring, punch downs, sampling and additions, barrel filling and rackings.

Our interns must be over 21 and able to intern beginning in late August with extension through 2015 bottling dates.  Those with studies in Viticulture, Chemistry, Biology and Food Safety are ideal candidates.
