Overall Vineyard Management of 35 acres including but not limited to Canopy Management, Pest/Disease Prevention Program, Herbacide Program, Frost Prevention, Harvest, Trellis Maintenance and Upgrade, Erosion Control, Staff Management, Payroll, and Budget. Candidate also must work cooperatively with Upper Management and Winemaker on long term planning and goals to increase quality and productivity while maintaining efficiency and a budget.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform manual labor.
Applicant Requirements:
2-4 Year Viticulture Degree/Suitable Ag degree or comparable Vineyard Management experience preferred.
