Represent Louis Glunz Wines in the presentation of fine wines to high profile restaurants and retailers in assigned territory. Demonstrate considerable wine knowledge and effectively present products to accounts. Promote brands, manage growth of accounts and the expansion of business to meet goals. Provide various reports as required as well as attend and participate in weekly sales meetings and training programs.
Louis Glunz Wines is a Family Owned & Operated importer and distributor to the Illinois fine wine market, established in 1888. Representing wines from the most internationally recognized wine growing areas, focusing on the smaller to medium sized family owned and operated, winemaker driven wineries.
Position will pay a base salary plus commission & expenses.

Qualifications:
Extensive wine knowledge and industry work history preferred.
Applicant must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong goal orientation. Applicant must act with professionalism and integrity at all times. Demonstrate time management skills and discipline to get the job done. Communicate with clarity and consistency. Exhibit strong follow through on commitments doing what he/she says they will do. The position demands constant face-to-face meetings with customers. Must be ethical, articulate, presentable, confident and have a strong sense of self. Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs., have a valid driver's license, a car and cell phone.
