Position Summary:
This individual will partner with members of the distributor development team on distributor planning, national incentives, retail vision, and transition and change. The Distributor Development Analyst will also interface with Gold Network Development associates and members of the broader Sales organization to enhance the distributor planning platform used by sales associates in the field, while ensuring alignment with Constellation’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• This position serves as a support role for quality checks on current processes, along with business solutions in the distributor development functional areas.
• Collects and generates business requirements for the Anaplan distributor planning tool and participates in coordination of delivery. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures for the channel team Anaplan tool.
• Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests for Anaplan, while effectively communicating the benefits of new applications.
• Works with team members to develop, coordinate, and implement distributor strategic planning and profitability models.
• Consults with business unit management and personnel to obtain additional information on distributor business needs.
• Performs additional duties as required
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required in Computer Science, Business or equivalent experience
• Two years professional experience and/or familiarity with consumer packaged goods or beverage alcohol industry preferred
• Background and experience with Anaplan or similar system highly desired
• Experience working in a team environment to implement business application solutions
• Excellent organization and written/verbal communication and other interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well on a team with colleagues and perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the corporation’s high quality standards
• Must demonstrate experience in process management and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with all levels of the organization
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and e-mail programs such as Outlook.
• Ability to travel on an infrequent and unscheduled basis to geographically separated business units
Physical Requirements/Other:
• Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Ability to travel commercially.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
