The premium AP (Alternating Proprietorship) facility in the Willamette Valley, Oregon is searching for interns for the upcoming 2017 vintage. The Carlton Winemakers Studio, home to 13 vintners (Andrew Rich, Asilda, Elevee, Failla, Lavinea, Lazy River Vineyard, Megan Anne, Merriman, Quintet, and Wahle, just to name a few), was the first AP facility in Oregon and has been home to over thirty-five of the best wineries in Oregon. We strive to give our interns a very unique experience that will give them the ability to learn from multiple winemakers under one roof.
Harvest is filled with energy, activity, and hard work at the Studio, so we are looking for individuals who share our passion and drive to make the best wines possible during this key period. Essential requirements for these positions include attention to detail, being able to follow directions, the ability to work both independently and with others, the willingness to stay until the job is completed, and a good sense of humor. Usually our internships begin early August through early November depending on the timing of the vintage. Hiring for:
• 1 dedicated forklift drivers (must have mad skills)
• 3 harvest interns (we’ll will usually take 1-2 non experienced harvest interns)
