Our successful team is focused on keeping our winery relevant to our best winery customers (case purchasers and club members). This upscale, “experience” focused winery is located near Calistoga, CA. We offer award winning and highly rated wines sold exclusively direct to consumer. Our goal is to regularly reach out to our loyal friends and family and extend our famous hospitality outside our tasting room walls. The team calls winery customers with special wine offers and other winery information.
There are three part to full time opportunities for the right candidates. Wine industry experience is preferred but not required. Outbound calling experience is also preferred but not required. Flexible hours available. Fun, team-oriented working environment.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A history of sales success (telephone sales experience is preferred)
- Persistence, along with high integrity
- The ability to work well within a team environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience with the Internet , Microsoft Excel and Word
