Director, Digital Media Innovation

Reporting to: SVP, Marketing & Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 


  • Create, execute and manager the overall digital marketing and sales strategies for:

  • Terravant Wines & Designs Portfolio and associated brands

  • Amazon D2C initiatives

  • Winery Accounts winery, bulk and shiner services and email marketing initiatives

  • Avant restaurant customer outreach services

  • Terravant Wine Company website and social media pages

  • Assist in developing & executing D2C initiative

  • Effectively manager internal personnel and external firms to place strategies into place
  • Manager towards and achieve all digital media strategies towards achieving specific case, revenue and margin goals set forth by the company.
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website
  • Develop vendor partners that support social media marketing initiatives
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Fully understand our value proposition and communicate effectively and creatively to different audiences through cutting-edge marketing campaigns
  • Develop and execute localized and national social media and email strategies and tactics that drive unit-level transactions, (management of social presence on Facebook Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Vine, etc.)
  • Development and delivery of monthly program plans; Creation and distribution of monthly performance reports
  • Creating strategic alliances with wine enthusiast websites and bloggers
  • Developing relationships with wine, wedding and leisure travel destinations and websites to showcase mutual opportunities for customer engagement 
  • Driving transactions at the consumer level: restaurant, wine club and wine direct
  • Creating wine education and appreciation seminars online and onsite 

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

 


  • Expert experience and capabilities of most current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
  • Highly proficient at the development, usage of add-ons and general management of all relevant social media platforms
  • Proficient in digital analytics, search marketing (SEO), understand the relationship between content and search
  • Experience with customer database creation and management
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital campaigns cost effectively
  • Experience in the creation and/or obtaining of contact lists for the purposes of digital media marketing activity
  • Proficient at the usage of email, social media or other digital platforms to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor degree required, marketing degree a plus
  • 8-10 Years' experience in email marketing and social media required
