Position Overview: Martignetti has multiple positions available as a Sales Rep. This role is responsible for driving volume and profit growth in the assigned territory by utilizing a consultative selling approach and effectively supporting the accounts. The Sales Representative will call on all assigned accounts on a weekly rotation basis, introduce new product lines as available, maintain strong customer service relationships, deliver product as needed and resolve any issues.
Essential Job Functions:
• Achieve sales revenue and growth targets for the assigned territory
• Develop sales plans to identify new sales opportunities
• Call and personally visit accounts to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Lead and direct the merchandising activities within the accounts
• Deliver sales presentations
• Place customer orders and maintain accurate records of the orders
• Work closely with Credit department to resolve invoice problems and ensure prompt collection of payment
Territories available:
Cape Cod
South Eastern MA
Boston/Metro West

Education/Experience/Training:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years of sales experience in the beverage industry
• Must possess a valid MA driver’s license
