Sr. Analyst, Loyalty Strategy & Marketing (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Essential Functions: 
In this role, the Senior Analyst can expect to help the Loyalty team in some of the following areas:
• End-to-end project management (ideation to execution) for some of the Loyalty program customer benefits; both existing benefits and potential new ones
• Recognition and rewards management for key loyalty customer milestones
• Act as liaison or in some cases manage and maintain some core program operations such as customer data and fraud

 

You should have:
• BS/BA degree required 
• BS/BA in marketing or business field preferred
• Advanced degree in a business or marketing field preferred

Experience is important. To set you apart:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in advertising, multi-channel marketing, promotions, merchandising, store operations, loyalty program management, and/or CRM preferred
• Project Management certifications or advanced training preferred
• Deep knowledge of financial, operational, and consumer data and analytics preferred

These characteristics will help you fit in:

• Deep project management skills – Demonstrated track record of project planning, execution, tracking and post-mortem analysis
• Ability to “own without owning” – Managing small teams from multiple parts of the organization outside traditional org structures
• Exceptional consumer insight skills – Ensuring the customer stays at the center of the multichannel experience and that data is consistently used to help inform decisions
• Comfort with data/analytics – The ability to communicate in detail about the desired consumer experience and build solutions to achieve the desired outcomes
• Store operations / customer service expertise – Strong hands-on retail experience at the store level managing and implementing customer facing initiatives
• Leveraging technology to build scalable solutions – Proven success in using technology to solve consumer and retailer pain points and challenges
• Industry expertise – Knowledge of the beer/wine/spirits industry is a plus
• Executive presence – Experience collaborating with and leading teams across an organization, specifically in working with and presenting to senior audiences
• Process, tools and capability development – Introducing new ways of working, including team skill development, technology enhancement, template development and process improvement
• Entrepreneurship – Demonstrated ability to roll up his or her sleeves and solve problems where the playbook is still to be written
• ‘Can-do’ attitude – Resilient to changing directions and the ability to continually push forward to meet objectives
• Practical nature – The desire to test and learn quickly, oftentimes finding practical solutions within set constraints
