We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, wine-savvy individual to join our team at Vintage Berkeley in Elmwood. A fantastic opportunity for an independent, driven wine professional who wants to deepen their wine knowledge and help grow the youngest store in the Vintage Berkeley/Solano Cellars family. 

Vintage Berkeley is located in the historic Elmwood shopping district at the intersection of College and Ashby. We feature a unique selection of small production wines from around the world with a strong focus on wines under $30. In an effort to promote wine education and foster a fun, unpretentious approach to tasting and learning about wine, Vintage Berkeley hosts daily tastings and schedules frequent winemaker and regionally focused wine events.

Applicants must show:
Previous retail, customer-service and management experience
Passion for wine, a desire to learn (and taste) more, open-minded
Professional and mature demeanor
Ability to multi-task and independently solve problems
Strong people and communication skills
Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift boxes of wine weighing up to 40 lbs
Basic computer skills (Mac preferred)
Experience talking about and pouring wine

You must be at least 21 years of age.
