Job Description
The EA position supports the President of the company, who leads the operation globally, while frequently traveling internationally. We are seeking an experienced, stable, committed and career-oriented executive assistant, with administrative experience supporting a senior role in a global entity.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage and respond to President’s phone and mail communication, directing inquiries as appropriate
· Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by managing calendars, planning and scheduling meetings, teleconferences. Arranging detailed domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
· Planning and making event arrangements.
· Preparing reports, compiling expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, while maintaining confidentiality at all times
· Miscellaneous projects as assigned by President
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Strong work tenure with 5+ years’ administrative experience in a global, high transactional, company
· Fluent in French and Italian, a strong plus
· Working knowledge and love of wine industry, a plus
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
· Flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
