JOB DESCRIPTION
Abacus Distributing is seeking outside sales representatives for Attleboro and Bristol County.. Qualified candidates should have experience in working in liquor retail or restaurant . Working knowledge of Wine and Spirits is necessary to succeed in this position. Our team represents some great brands from every major wine region and an exciting portfolio of spirits. Goal oriented and positive attitude are the key attributes of our successful representatives. Successful representatives see customers when available and this is not always in a 9 to 5 setting. Success in this position comes from those who want it and earn it.
Our compensation includes a base pay, commission, bonus, incentives and an expense reimbursement. Sales representatives can plan to earn between $40,000 and $60,000 per year with this growing every year since we have been in business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a resident of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts at time of application
- Must be able to lift 35lbs without restriction
- Should have a positive attitude and be goal oriented
- Must be able to conduct in-store tastings during evening and weekends as needed
- Must be able to make sales presentations
- Should be computer literate as daily reporting and presentations may require it
- Must be able to cold call on new establishments without reservation
- Must have reliable fuel efficient vehicle
- Must attend weekly sales meetings in Southbridge, Ma
