H&F Bottle Shop is hiring a wine, spirits, and beer sales associate who supports the business with sales while delivering outstanding hospitality and service.

About the Job:

B&F Bottle Shop sales associates interact with guests and colleagues in a positive, upbeat manner, process retail transactions, stock shelves, assist with backroom projects and assignments as requested, and drive sales while delivering outstanding hospitality and service.

Passion for food, beverage and hospitality is required. Candidates will have a robust working knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, excellent sales and customer service skills and an ability to maintain high energy levels with poise, grace and refinement in a high volume, fast paced environment. Candidates with a good attitude and a passion to learn about the product line will also be considered.  Optimism and emotional intelligence are required at all times.

Requirements:

·         3+ years of retail experience preferred.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with customers and coworkers.

·         Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.

·         Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

·         High level of dependability and initiative with flexible shift availability for the retail environment. 

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Lightspeed or other POS system preferred.
