City Winery Atlanta is looking for a motivated individual to run day to day winemaking under the supervision of CW Head winemaker David Lecomte (based in NY), this candidate will be trained on site by the new CW Boston production winemaker for several weeks before he/she will be in charge of every aspect of CW Atlanta's wines.

This is a great opportunity to get a unique experience in small lot wine production from extremely high-end and high-quality vineyards.
We are an urban winery with a production of 25-35 tons from high-end vineyard sources within Napa/ Sonoma/ Willamette Valley, Georgia State.
Onsite at City Winery Atlanta, along with a fully functioning winery, there is also a Restaurant, a 300+ person Music Venue, and a Bar.
The Winery is located at the northeastern corner of Glen Iris and North Ave NE in Atlanta's Old 4th Ward, and is a part of the historic Ponce City Market.
Skills and experience should include:
Degree in enology and/or several years of practical winemaking experience
Computer proficiency and literacy -(WORD, EXCEL, Gdrive, WMDB will be a plus)
Strong Organizational and Communication skills
Management skills & experience
Forklift experience
Attention to Detail and Safety
PASSION FOR MAKING GREAT WINE!
Candidate must be willing to work overtime during harvest and when necessary.
Candidate need to be able to lift 50 lb.
Candidate must be able to work legally in US (US citizen, foreigner with green card or proper Visa)
