Kamyanka Global Wine is an international wine and alcohol beverage company, with its production based in Ukraine. We are the leading modern company with the activity in importing, bottling and selling wines both in Ukraine and globally.

As far as we are expanding our activity to the North American market, we now are looking for an experienced individual in wine industry to occupy the position of the Sales Specialist in the USA and Canada.

Job description

The Sales specialist will be in charge of establishing sales objectives and handle all sales activities in order to fulfill these objectives. Its main responsibilities include to represent the company on the territory and to conduct the negotiation with the key trading chains and wine importers, coordination of the activities of sales allocated to achieve planned objectives, and continuous development of the business on the company’s quality standards. He will collaborate with the export sales manager and report to the Export Director.

 

Main Responsibilities:

·         Conduct negotiation with the key clients’ buyers

·         Participating in contract negotiations and signing contracts with the clients

·         Establish and implement sales objectives and goals and manage all sales activities (sales forecast, analysis and implementation of the plan)

·         Analyze markets in order to identify new sales and business opportunities

·         Maintains and develops good direct long term relationships with major customers to gain their trust and loyalty

·         Coordinates and monitors customer network development and proposes measures to stimulate distribution activities;

·         Handle customer complaints and solve conflicts within the company

·         Compile and track sales data

·         Participate at trade fairs and other events

·         Evaluate market demand and try to meet customers’ needs and expectations

·         Provide customer services after selling the product or service

 

Requirements:

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in field of wine/alcoholic industry on a similar position

·         Very good communication and interaction with the clients, skills, distributive attention

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Interpersonal competences and presentation skills

·         Administration and development of the clients

·         Efficient in time management

·         Energetic personality, positive thinking, diplomacy and efficiency

·         Making sure that the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plans are implemented

·         Experienced in the negotiations, signing of contracts, monitoring their development and closing

·         Advanced knowledge of English language

·         PC operating skills — Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet, etc.

·         Able to work under pressure, able to meet deadlines

·         Results oriented, polite and problem solver

·         Attention to details and focused, able to analyze and interpret data

·         Hard working, responsible and dynamic person

·         Strong analytical skills
