Position Summary
Prepares and bakes cakes, cookies, pies, puddings and desserts by performing the following duties.
• Estimates food consumption and fills our requisition from the storeroom
• Check all Banquet Event Orders and produce accordingly to needs
• Bake, prep and ensure proper rotation of pastry supply for The Grill, Private Dining, Estate Events
• Ensure consistency on all product you prepare
• Do daily breakfast pastries to offer more variety to our guests
• Work closely with the Pastry Chef and Banquet Chef to ensure quality of desserts
