The Grill at Meadowood serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. The menu features ingredients fresh from the garden and showcases flavor combinations that are approachable and interesting.

*To exceed guest expectations as they relate to courtesy, professionalism, food quality and prompt service.

*To monitor the presentation of food to ensure consistency and value. To be responsible for maintaining the high standard of food and beverage service which will complement all other services at Meadowood.

*Complete wine and beverage inventories. Maintain budgeted Cost of Goods for wine and other beverage.

*Work with the Estate Sommelier and Purchasing Manager to develop beneficial relationships with wineries and winery personnel.

*Drive wine and beverage sales both by hand selling bottles tableside and overseeing staff training of both wine and other beverage. Ensure the quality of wines served and the standard operating procedures of wine service.

*To always provide memorable experiences for our guests and members thereby creating long-term, loyal customers.

*4-5 years food and beverage service with 1-2 years previous supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership ability.

*Certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers is highly recommended.
