Wine Ambassador

The Tasting Room by Faustini Winery located in Red Bank, NJ is looking or an enthusiastic, organized, and highly motivated individual to become part of our team as a Wine Ambassador. You will be responsible for providing our guests of the tasting room an outstanding experience by developing relationships that promote sales and brand loyalty. We are looking for a spirited individual with a passion for wine and is willing to go out into the community to generate awareness and engagement with the Faustini wine brands. 

If you are a passionate, articulate, engaging, and positive individual who is knowledgeable in the wine industry and able to project a positive company image, we have the right position for you! 

Qualifications: 

• Flexible to work weekdays and weekends
• Management experience desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledgeable in wine
• Excellent time management
• Flexible
• Self motivated with ability to proactively address issues with minimal supervision
• Computer savvy
• Management of Social Media
• Have a solid sales background, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service
• Great Organizational skills
• Ability to drive, organize and manage group events
• Ability to increase sales and wine club memberships
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
