Alex Restaurant is looking for a full-time Line Cook and a Dishwasher to join the team.
Qualifications: Line Cook
•At least two years of experience as a line cook/food preparation, a must
•Must have an understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
•Experience using the knife and other kitchen equipment for food preparation
•Open Availability
Qualifications: Dishwasher
•Must have an understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
•Ability to perform general cleaning
•Ability to wash pots and pans
•Experience doing basic food prep and using the knife
•Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Qualifications:
•Availability to work on weekends and/or evenings - A must
•Punctuality and reliable attendance
