Prep & Catering cooks are expected to show up on time to work with a good attitude and a willingness to work hard. They will assist the chef and sous chefs in preparing meals for events that range from small intimate lunches and dinners to dinners for 300. They will assist with food prep as needed, finishing cooking of all dishes, and plating. At this winery everyone does everything, some days gardening may be required or dishwashing. Fine dining experience is a plus. Cooks will have the opportunity to try some of the wines and learn how the menus are chosen to showcase those wines.
Must have a white chef coat, culinary knives, food handler's card and kitchen safe shoes.
This will be a part-time position.
Hourly wage is $17.00
