Restaurant Manager Position
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who happens to be passionate about wine.
Our property is a casual fine dining restaurant with an ambitious Old World wine program, and an allegiance to high quality, freshly made, real food.
Our ideal candidate will have the energy, confidence and desire to lead, teach and inspire along with great love for food and wine and a particular interest in great service.
Skills and assets include:
-3+ years of fine dining restaurant experience
-Extensive wine and service knowledge.
-Excellent leadership and communication skills.
-Proficiency with restaurant software applications (POS/Aloha/Open Table/ Resy/Excel)
Essential Job Responsibilities
-Ensure the smooth daily running of the front of the house through scheduling and training of staff.
-Be attentive to all aspects of the guest experience as needed to ensure excellence.
-Work with Executive Chef and Wine Director on daily menu.
-Help maintaining current inventories of cellars, glasses and tabletop.
-Hold team accountable for achieving goals and maintaining high level of service.
-Oversee cash management procedures.
