Job Description: Role: Prep and complete hot and cold recipes in the bakery / pastry shop daily operations. Must have previous baking and pastry experience, good knife skills and advanced understanding of baking and pastry terms and techniques. Perform job responsibilities satisfactorily and according to department standards. Adheres to all company safety and department policies and procedures. Displays leadership within the department. Anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.
